- All regions are showing negative monthly price changes with the exception of Northern Ireland which has a monthly growth of 0%. The only regions that are showing positive annual growth rates are Scotland with 1.02% and Northern Ireland with 2.73%.
- Aside from Northern Ireland the regional monthly changes range from the North East, which has experienced the smallest monthly change on record with -4.98%, and London with -0.69%.
- London is still by far the region with the highest prices with an average property price of £736,507 and Northern Ireland is still the cheapest with an average property price of £177,501.
