NISRA (Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency)

NISRA (Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency) are responsible for the collection and publication of statistical analyses pertaining to the economy and population in Northern Ireland. NISRA publishes a quarterly House Price Index measuring changes in the residential house price market based on a hedonic modeling methodology. The Index is designed to provide a measure of change in the price of a residential property sold in Northern Ireland. The report is updated quarterly and contains information on the average property price and a number of sales as well as the index value.
