  • The change in London prices, both annual and monthly change, is still lower than the change in the rest of the UK. UK without London has a monthly change of 0.42% and an annual change of 5.91%. London is the region with the lowest monthly change (0.22%) and the lowest annual change (4.69%).
  • North East is the region with the highest annual price change (6.98%) which is a record it has held for the last five consecutive months, eight if you exclude London. North East has also had the highest monthly price change for the last consecutive ten months.
  • London continues to be the most expensive place to rent (£2,389). It is more than £1,000 more expensive than the second most expensive region to rent in which is the South East (£1,373).
